Our 2017 season commences in March with club sign-ons in February. All players 5 and over play on Saturday afternoons at the Mullumbimby Recreational grounds.
A Come and Try Netball Session will be held on February 11th from 9:00am to 10:30am at the Mullumbimby Recreation Grounds courts. Phone Julie on 66841724 to book by February 9th.

NETBALL WILL BEGIN ON 18 MARCH 2017, registration will be available on line from 1 January 2017.
Registration can now be completed Online (preferable) or on a club registration day. If you wish to complete it online please click on the links attached. If you are 11-100 years please click on www.mynetball.com.au, under Find A Club enter your Postcode, a list of local clubs will appear, click on the green register button next to the club you wish to play for. If you do not know your user name and password, click on forgotten login details, enter your email address and your details will be sent to you. Banking details will be on the website for easy payment. If you are new to netball click on First Time Participant. If you need help please contact the relevant club official.

Fun Net and Netta have been replaced by NetSetGo Junior (5-7 Year Olds) and NetSetGo Senior (8-10 Year Olds).
What is NetSetGo? Netball Australia’s junior netball program and replaces previous Netta and Fun Net programs.
Who participates? Development program for children from 5 – 10 years.
What are the Net Set Go program benefits? The program incorporates skill activities, minor games and modified matches in a fun and safe environment.
Who runs the program? The program will be coordinated by a team of accredited coaches to ensure a quality experience for each participant
What you receive As a registered participant you will receive
· Participant back pack with netball and other great giveaways
· Fun weekly net set go skill activities and game play
· Small and big group social interactive learning
· Development of fundamental netball motor skills
· Delivery of the program by an accredited coach
· Parents, family and friends are most welcome and encouraged to attend each week

If you are interested in helping to facilitate this program and develop your coaching skills whilst interacting with your child’s friends contact your club representative.

Please note that if you are a coach and you do not have a child in the team you must, by law, go to the following website http://www.kidsguardian.nsw.gov.au/working-with-children/working-with-ch... and complete your Working with Children Check. Once you receive your number you will need to go to the nearest RMS (old RTA) office and show your ID. Once you are cleared you MUST give your club your WWC number so they can register you. In order for participants to access the online registration process they must complete all course prerequisites and then obtain a passcode from the Host Association.
Please note course registrations close two weeks prior to the course date.
NetSetGo Coaching Material can be found on the attachments or at www.netballnsw.com.au - Session Plans 8-10 Years is too big a file to attach to the website. Please see www.netbalnsw.com.au for the plan or contact Janine on 0438 649 061 and she will email it to you.

NETBALL - is catching !
Netball is a game of fun, fitness and skill that is suited to all ages and level of ability from the elite to never played before.
The aim of the game is to provide fun and friendship whilst enjoying the development of new skills in a team sport.
Games are played on a Saturday afternoon at the Brunswick Byron Netball Association Courts located in the Mullumbimby Recreation Grounds, Byron Street, Mullumbimby.
New and previous members are welcome to join one of Byron Shires five clubs. These are Bangalow, Byron Bay, Main Arm, Mullumbimby & Ocean Shores.
At all times the BBNAI Executive actively encourages and supports National Accreditation for Coaches, Umpires and Officials with the ongoing commitment to player development.
Netball NSW has a great website for children and parents to visit .

NetSetGo 12.30 - 1.30pm
Competition 12 & Under 12.30pm and 17 & Under 1.45pm or 3.15pm Seniors from 1.45pm or 3.15pm
